[evlatests] A Good Day for EVLA Front-Ends

The Front-End Group had a fruitful day at the VLA...

We installed the wideband EVLA L-Band prototype receiver on Antenna 14. 
It is cooling well and is connected to the LO/IF Rack. It will have 
somewhat different power levels than the previous interim receiver and 
the old Tcals will be incorrect but it should still be gathering useful 
photons.

The L-Band (S/N 32) that was on Antenna 14 was relocated to Antenna 26. 
An X-Band receiver (S/N 6) was also installed on 26. Neither are cooling 
as the compressors have not yet been powered up.

The X-Band on Antenna 23 that had been causing numerous complaints about 
low power has been removed. S/N 16 has been replaced by S/N 21. Tcals to 
come later.
