[evlatests] X-Band Performance

    At X-band, all five EVLA antennas are fringing on all four IFs.  The 
newest EVLA antenna, 26, gave no data. 

    Amplitude and phase behavior are perfect. 

    Delays look good on all antennas.

    There are sensitivity problems:

          Antenna 14 has low sensitivity on the LCP side (IFs B and D).  
This is clearly due to a system temperature problem -- nearly 100K!
        Antenna 18 has low sensitivity on all four IFs -- not due to 
Tsys.  Presumably due to the power level problem noted by Barry. 
       Antennas 13 and 24 are normal in sensitivity.  Antenna 16 is a 
little bit low -- nothing to be concerned about now. 

    On the VLA side, we fine that antenna 9 is terrible in sensitivity 
-- Tsys is 200K for all IFs.  And antenna 12 was dead.
