Antenna 18 is not working at all.  The T5 detector shows total power
but no sync det.  However, the total power is not affected by changing
the attenuators in the T304, so whereever it is coming from is not 
the receivers on antenna 18.  (Actually, the total power is variable,
and occasionally a sync det signal appears on IF C, but no fringes
appear when it does.)

Antenna 26 still gets fringes on all four IFs at X band, but the antenna
is visibly out of sync, so I didn't try to do anything else with it.
