[evlatests] Ant 23

We had some very strange problems on ant 23 today!  The new M301 and 
T302 seem to be fine, but several of the other modules systematically 
quit talking through the device browser (either through slot-id or as 
MIB number).  We are not sure what exactly is going on, but the more we 
troubleshot, the more modules we lost!!  This all started happening 
after a couple of antenna power shutdowns.  We will start fresh tomorrow.
