Ant 13 is up and running again (as Ken mentioned) with two new L302's. 
Ken's initial tests look promising and more will be learned as we look 
more carefully.

Ant 18 has both L302's installed (after a miscommunication) so it now 
has IFs A, B, and D.  Since the D303 is repaired and ready to reinstall, 
Ant 18 should have 4 IFs tomorrow.

I have looked at EVLA timing v.s. VLA master timing and I will draw up a 
quick timing chart to show what I measured and distribute this 
(hopefully) tomorrow.
