The central racks are back on line but we still have some problems.

Ant 13 has no synthesizers.

Ant 14 will not sync up to the 10 second pulse.  Power levels are good 
and the sync pulse is present.  Possibly a bad L305?  We will look into 
this more in the morning.

Ant 16 is working, but IF-B has low gain in the T304.  We should be able 
to fix this in the morning.

Ant 18 is working at X-band (IFs A and C), but can not be moved until 
the receiver braces are installed.
