re Maint Forms C118436 & C118456..

claims are made that Ant #13 either drops out
of DPM..Digital Pointing Mode...or it will not
move in AZ when commanded to do so...

MOS Grp just had OPS exercise #13...no problems
moving AZ either CW/CCW...also no observed problems
with EL Axis...this was done 'manually' i.e., with
no script running...

we are at a loss to explain this behavior...we
will continue to monitor the situation...
