Later this afternoon antenna 18 was found to have an azimuth
clunk.  It occured with a period of about an eight of a degree
which suggests improper carry between the LSB byte and next highest
byte of the azimuth position.  This was fixed in time for the
L band observations Rick planned for this evening.
