[evlatests] Antenna 24 Status

    At the time of this writing antenna 24 is still ill with water leak 
related symptoms.  The antenna will remain on the master pad tomorrow 
allowing time for it to tryout while the tech groups work get their 
subsystems going again.  Status of the antenna will be evaluated Fagin 
tomorrow.  Should things improve as expected then the move to W14 will 
happen Wednesday.
