The C band recevier was installed yesterday and was shown
to work today.  Delays and focus were set.  The F317 is
jury rigged and the noise tubes are not switching yet.
As was reported elsewhere the T5 for IF D was broken,
it added a large constant to the SD measurement, and
was replaced.

The work yesterday to prepare for the receiver installation
had an interesting effect on delays.  There is a progression
of about 40 ns more path length for each IF going from IF D 
to IF A.  e.g.,
A  -120
B   -80
C   -40
D     0
If it is true that each IF is at a higher (or lower)
wavelength in the fiber then it behaves like a highly
dispersive element has been added to the optical path.
