seems to work now.  Rick will report the details shortly.

Antenna 24
DTS modules do not think that they have a WG cycle tick.
This can explain the funny bandpasses and seemingly random
delay changes.  It is being looked at today.

Antenna 18
does not work at Q or K bands.  No power into the downconverter
in either case.  Suspicion falls on the M301/T303 combination.
It will be looked at tomorrow.  I was remiss in not seeing if
L band worked or not.

X band birdies
will be measured once again now that antenna 18 is available
to confirm the reuslts of last week.  Again Rick will report
separately.
