[evlatests] X-band results

    From this past weekend's checkout run:

    At X-band, this report is very short:

    All EVLA antennas are working at X-band to the expected levels of
sensitivity and stability.  (Exception:  14A and 16A gave no fringes ...).

    This means:

    a) No dropouts or phase spins or jumps.
    b) Bandpasses are normal.
    c) Gain stability is as good as VLA antennas
    d) Sensitivity is the same as VLA antennas.
    e) aipsweights are the same as on VLA antennas.

    I can't find anything to complain about.
