Preliminary report -- quick fringe check

L1 C X K bands interleaved, standard continuum, 3.3s averaging, mostly
  fast switching scans

Regularly scheduled run

EVLA ant. 13,14,16,18 claimed to be included included

Summary:
  - ant. 13 odd behavior in all IFs at C X K bands (L band was fine, but
    there were only a few minutes of data) -- see below
  - ant. 14: no data at any band. Only note in log is an FRM error in the
    last hour of the run.
  - ant. 16, 18 looked OK at all bands (L C X K)

Some details:
* L band looks fine on 13,16,18
  - ant. 14 no data

* C band
  - ant. 13
    : a few very high amp. records (100x normal) in each IF
    : IFs CD phases random throughout 4 fast-switching scans, spanning 3 hours
    : IF A: as CD, but phases remain random for another hour
    : IF D: no data for an hour in the middle of the run, and random
      phases thereafter
  - ant. 14 no data
  - ant. 16,18 look ok

* X band
  - ant. 13
    : All IFs show random phases for 2 hours
      - IF A is noisy for an hour thereafter, then loses all fringes for
        the remainder of the run
      - IF B continues random phases for the remainder of the run
      - IF C returns to nice fringes after the 2 hour interval
      - IF D is very noisy after the 2 hour interval
  - ant. 14 no data
  - ant. 16,18 look OK

* K band
  - ant. 13
    : random phases for first hour, then returns for the last scan (several
      hours later), except IF D which looks bad throughout
  - ant. 14 no data
  - ant. 16,18 look OK
