[evlatests] [Fwd: Warning from Servo group regarding EVLA antennas]

Operations was just informed by Steve Tenorio from the
Servo group and told not to point any of the EVLA antennas
until further notice.  Apparently, they checked the fiber lengths and
discovered that they are not long enough to allow for positions that are
near the limits.  He said that he'll notify the engineers about this.
