Before looking for other things I followed Rick's suggestion
and checked the B_z parameters in the data base. The value
for CW5 was off by about 56 cm. This can be traced to typo in
the value of c used when converting from nanoseconds to meters.
B_x and B_y were not affected by this.

More correct values were just installed in the database for CW5
and CE7 and we will try the same test again tonight.
