[evlatests] EVLA Antenna status - 7 Sept

We rebooted one T304 module in each antenna because of unresponsive 
MIBs.  I believe it was the T304-A in Antenna 16 and the T304-B in antenna 
14.

When we left the site, Antenna 14 was useable and Antenna 16 was having 
some fiber problems related to the network connection. The fiber group was 
working on it and, hopefully, will have it running for test time tonight.

Since the LO fiber may have been interrupted to both antennas, make sure to 
resync the L305's before any observations.  I think (and hope) that has 
become normal practice anyway but I figured I'd point it out just in case.
