Hey Rich,

Don't know if this is your problem or not but I could not get EVLA
antennas 14 and 16 to track for Perley (390PTST) and Brisken's (390BTST)
test files this morning. Both were in sub 1 w/e-stops off. The ACU
screens didn't look like they were receiving any commands. The antennas
didn't wander off into any limits as I have seen them do before, they
just sat there. I took them out of DPM and set the e-stops on them.
