    Bryan asks about whether antennas 14 and 16 have had their end of scan
dead data issue resolved.

    The answer is:  sort of. 

    The phenomenology is now quite different. 
        - In the past, a final few seconds of data from antennas 14 and 
16 were dead. 

        - Now, there is one of two situations:

                Either the final < 1 second of data is dead, OR
                The final 11 seconds of data are dead.
