The only thing learned today is that the phase glitches we
had been seeing at L band have been made to go away.  Once
we had a consistent set of sign conventions in the executor
and L302 MIB and proper tratment of phase in the MIB it all
settled down.  Good, stable phase behavior was seen in both 
IF pairs at both X and L band.

The rest of the time was spent showing that I can easily
confuse myself after I have been away for a while.
