To prepare for installing mib software in the deformatters
I tried to use Mike's .tcl interface to capture data from the 
four deformatters connected to antenna 16 to see if there are
still differences in the statistics for the two colors.  All 
four could be telnetted to at their expected IP addresses; 
IF A did not update the screen but sampled data was captured.  
IF C did not respond at all to the GUI, so data is only available
for IFs A, B and D.

The result is that data from each of the colors has the same 
statistics.  In all cases the mean is within 1 unit of 0.  The
RMS for A and B is around 10; it is almost 30 for IF D.

if anyone is interested.

Whatever was happening in the DTS system before that produced
different statistics for the two colors now seems to be cured.
