Executor was updated to version 1.1.24 today.  Changes are mostly
an internal refactoring to increase maintainability.  In addition,
some small features were changed.
Error in error handling of weather records was causing harmless but
    alarming java Exceptions - fixed.
Provided a method for a raster scan of the antenna beam.
At the end of an observation, a 'standby' command will be issued
    six minutes after the 'park' command.
An interferometer pointing method was added.
Infrastructure for implementing 'LP' band, simultaneous L and
    P band observing, was added.
