[evla-sw-discuss] reboot of mctest

I have finished rebooting mctest.  It is now using lustre-1.8.9 like
mchammer.  I suggest we leave it like this until next week to give
us enough time to be confident that TelCal is either working or not.
Then, reboot mctest back to lustre-2.4.3 and try solve this problem.
