We are back observing again. The damage is consistent with what
K Scorr reported: everything in the old correlator room lost power.
Most of the problems we saw were related to CMIBs and MIBs that
were upset at the loss of communication. There is no evidence
that anything in the correlator room or the antennas lost power.
My guess is that the control building UPS hiccuped for some mysterious
reason of its own. Perhaps there are logs or status lights that
can be examined.
