[evla-sw-discuss] pwoer event at VLA?

There seems to have been some sort of power event at the VLA.  Our
main VLA switch along with infrastructure servers (amos, andy, etc)
all rebooted about 10:30 this morning.  The operator said he didn't
notice any power event and hosts in the new coorilator room did not
reboot.  My current guess is it only affected the old corrilator room.

Most things are back up now execept for ea12 which may need to be
power cycled and half of the corrilator boards (racks 1 through 4).
