[evla-sw-discuss] OMS version 2.4.0

Something unexpected, running the Windows version of OMS 2.3.7 I brought up the array schedule window and it's the new version of the window, not the old one.  It loads the schedule display but scenario won't run.  I then tried oms-test (2.3.7) and scenario does run there.
