[evla-sw-discuss] mctest minor upgrade

Because of the upgrade of mchammer to rhel6.7, I would like to upgrade
mctest from rhel6.6 to rhel6.7 to match.  This is a minor upgrade that
I can perform while the machine is up and then reboot to get the new kernel.

I would like to start this today at 10am with subsequent reboot about
11:30am or so.  Let me know if this will be a problem.
