[evla-sw-discuss] CMIB logging

The cmibs are logging a large amount of data via syslog.

This ends up getting written to widar-boot-1 since it's the log server 
for the correlator boards and CBE.  We're dumping about 2GB per day, it 
seems to have started near the first of the month.

Looks like a lot of these:
