[evla-sw-discuss] VLA networking down July 9, 10:00am - 10:15am

The CIS division, a.k.a. helpdesk, would like to upgrade the OS on the
main VLA switch on July 9th at 10am to fix a long-standing problem.
This will mean that networking to and from the VLA and PT will be down
for at least 5 but perhaps as many as 15 minutes starting at 10am on
July 9th.

Please let me know if this is not acceptable and we can re-schedule.
