[evla-sw-discuss] Baseline Boards to mccctest

I'm fairly confused by the symptoms, particularly the part quoted below 
but I did find one missed configuration that needs to be set up on all 
RHEL6 systems with multiple interfaces, e.g. mccctest.

The following effect how a multi-interface system handles arp requests 
and announces.
net.ipv4.conf.default.rp_filter = 2
net.ipv4.conf.all.arp_ignore=1
net.ipv4.conf.all.arp_announce=2

I don't really understand how that could be causing the mix of symptoms 
but I'll make those changes on mccctest tomorrow morning while Kevin is 
sending packets from the BlBs.
