Can I get the R-C-S designation of a station board in the same rack as 
antenna 12's station boards.

Unless there objections then I plan to go to the site tomorrow and steal 
the switch port for one of antenna 12's station boards and mirror the 
packets destined to the the designated station board to that port.

Once that's done I can dump packets on both the designated station board 
and the port mirror to see if delay model and configuration packets are 
getting to the board and not handled or not getting to the board at all.

According to Gene antenna 12 was supposed to go in the barn either today 
or tomorrow.
