[evla-sw-discuss] Deactivate evla-oss-1 tomorrow

The 4 OSTs (storage arrays) on the original lustre storage
server (evla-oss-1) are deactivated. They're listed as OST0000
through OST0003

New blocks/files will only be created on the new server (evla-oss-2)
which hosts OST0004 through OST0007.

In a few weeks to a month once the natural clean up process
has drained that OSS we'll manually move the remaining files
and then shut it down.

As always let me know if you see any problems.

[root at evla-mds ~]# lctl dl | grep " osc "
   5 IN osc lustre-OST0000-osc lustre-mdtlov_UUID 5
   6 IN osc lustre-OST0001-osc lustre-mdtlov_UUID 5
   7 IN osc lustre-OST0002-osc lustre-mdtlov_UUID 5
   8 IN osc lustre-OST0003-osc lustre-mdtlov_UUID 5
   9 UP osc lustre-OST0004-osc lustre-mdtlov_UUID 5
  10 UP osc lustre-OST0005-osc lustre-mdtlov_UUID 5
  11 UP osc lustre-OST0006-osc lustre-mdtlov_UUID 5
  12 UP osc lustre-OST0007-osc lustre-mdtlov_UUID 5

IN means INactive vs UP which means UltraPrimo.
