[evla-sw-discuss] EVLA antenna issue

Tom is in the process of restarting all the ACUs.   If it's like last 
time then
in the next 20 or 30 minutes we can expect a repeat event.  I'm now dumping
traffic and hopefully if/when it happens again I can find the machine that's
causing it.
