[evla-sw-discuss] VLA recovery

Power was restored to most of the VLA on Dec24, to the
West arm today.  At this moment, the correlator is working
and all but three antennas are in service.

A quick summary of problems (more tomorrow):
Almost everything had come up well by the time I was
involved.  CM, CBE, telcal, mcaf, lusstre.  The only
problem when power was first restored was confusion
about the state of the CPCC computers and smoke alarm
status.  Today there was no alarms.

Most of the difficulty in getting the system up again
was related to Master LO power problems.  Once that was
addressed, most antennas and the correlator worked well.
The only casualty still not functioning is the weather
station.
