Late next week we plan to put a new version of the OPT on webtest. It
will be 1-2 weeks after that before it goes into production.

For that next release i propose to get the latest WIDAR VCI schema,
build version 3.6.0 of the widar-schema jar file, and use it in the OPT
and associated programs.

If anyone knows why i should ~not~ do that, let me know.

David

David,
the initial version of CM accepts only configuration where all the
antennas (stations) have the same configuration (either 3-bit IQ or
8-bit IQ).

The latest version of CM can configure a subarray where not all antennas
(stations) have same configuration. And it is possible to correlate
3-bit and 8-bit antennas.

I just wanted to inform you about the schema change. Older version of
schema is a subset of the new version, therefore all previously created
scripts should work.
