[evla-sw-discuss] FTP area and Archive tool reschedule

   I'm afraid what I had planned to do today is not going to work
and I need to reschedule.

   Barring objections I'd like to reschedule for next Tuesday from
10am to noon.  During that 2 hour window the AAT won't be available
and new projects won't be written into the archive; they will be
stored in the EVLA staging area until the archive is back up.

   Observing won't be affected.

   The old plan was to convert the FTP archive area from local disk to
the newer Lustre parallel filesystem.  This would have substantially
increased the available disk space on the FTP server.  The new plan
is the same except I intend to do it in a way that actually works.

   We should be able to ensure the FTP area doesn't fill up again between
now and next Tuesday.
