[evla-sw-discuss] Shutdown of servers at VLA

We have decided that I will call the operator in the morning (~0700)  
and watch the shutdown from here and then tell K.Scott when it is  
complete.

When the CPCCs are powered off the rack fans will go into their fail- 
safe mode which is full-on, but Bob Broilo had planned to disconnect  
the power-plant battery at 0730 anyway, so this will not be a problem.
