I understand there is to be a VLA power outage on the 22nd.  I would
like to use this opportunity to install new kernels (2.6.18-164.11.4)
on the following machines:

mchammer, mchost, mcmonitor, lando, r2d2, amos, andy, cpcc1, cpcc2, mccc

Some machines have already been upgraded: mctest, mcsql, eva, evan.

If someone has a problem with this please let me know.
