[evla-sw-discuss] Removing sideband from delay models

(I'm on a multi-day delay w/ email right now.)

Just a reminder that sideband is already in bbParams, which in turn is 
in stationInputOutput, which belongs to subarray. If scan n+1 differs 
from scan n only w/ respect to sideband, m2s will generate a new vci msg 
for scan n+1.

The above has nothing to do w/ modify, of course. m2s will not be 
involved in modify msgs.
