I restarted the CBE software after James rebooted the CBE computers. I
brought up all CBE processes without a problem; the CBE should be ready
for observing, but it would be good to keep a close eye on it during the
first observation to make sure that the output files are being written
(monitoring D10 would be sufficient). I noticed nothing unusual during the
restart, but it wouldn't hurt to be especially watchful at first.
