[evla-sw-discuss] tomcat on mcmonitor

Per Rich, there should only be one alert data loader running - 
evla-alert-loader. evla-alerts-loader (plural) should not be 
running, so I stopped it. These two might have been in conflict 
with each other.

Anyone know how the second loader got started?
