   Looking at it there seems to be
2xxxx CMP + General purpose
53000-53999 Executor
54000-54999 Telcal

   I don't know just how 'rigid' we should be but I'm inclined to
simply add
55000-55999 Widar stuff  and just assign things for Bruce and Dave
out of that.

   Bruce's is a fairly simple secondary scheme for getting data out
of CMIBS

   Dave's is a MCCC interface.
