    All done and 'seems' to work on s008-b-7.

    I had to change 'wait = yes' to 'wait = no' or it gripes mightily
about the endpoint not being connected and xinetd just keeps forking
'power' processes.

ps:  I named it evla-power for now but that's really a deceptive
name.  Be nice if we could find something more descriptive.
