[evla-sw-discuss] EVLA software ports and multicast groups

    Unless there are objections I'm going to make

55xxx Widar range
55100 CMIB communications
55200 MCCC

6xxxx VLBA

    If there's any similar subsystems between EVLA and VLBA then we'll
either use exactly the same port or just change the first 5 to a 6.

    For example the VLBA executor (if there is such a thing) would be
63xxx where the EVLA is 53xxx

ps:  This is not limited to multicast.  Multicast ports come out of
this range but any unicast TCP/UDP packets would also come out of these
general ranges.
