[evla-sw-discuss] Network outage today

   Despite the short notice is there any problem with us replacing the
AOC router today.  It's not involved in AOC/VLA traffic so it shouldn't
hinder the EVLA but it will interrupt connections for DRAO to NRAO.

   The outage would be from 12:30 to 12:40 or so.
