[evla-sw-discuss] subversion service downtime

The subversion clients I've tested (command line 1.6 and 1.4, and
subclipse) did not like the new wildcard certificate and threw a
warning like the one below. Accepting the certificate permanently
is safe, and you should do so.

Error validating server certificate for 'https://svn.aoc.nrao.edu:443':
  - The certificate is not issued by a trusted authority. Use the
fingerprint to validate the certificate manually!
Certificate information:
  - Hostname: *.aoc.nrao.edu
  - Valid: from Thu, 02 Jul 2009 20:20:14 GMT until Sat, 02 Jul 2011 20:20:14 GMT
  - Issuer: 07969287, http://certificates.godaddy.com/repository, GoDaddy.com,
Inc., Scottsdale, Arizona, US
  - Fingerprint: 3a:b6:f3:9e:0f:97:9d:d9:1f:59:02:51:2d:04:a2:a7:9b:e2:51:75

(R)eject, accept (t)emporarily or accept (p)ermanently?
