[evla-sw-discuss] reboot after updates

With the updates that are being applied to rhel5 Linux boxes tomorrow, 
I would like to also install new kernels and reboot evla machines 
like lando, mchost, eva, etc.  This would require stowing the array
during the time machines reboot.  I expect it will take about an hour
to two hours to reboot everything, and should start about noon.

If this is a problem, just say so.  We can do it some other time
