[evla-sw-discuss] NTP, EVLA MIB's and phase jumps

    Minor correction.  I don't need to reboot to test.  I can
change it on the fly and I'm currently testing that.

    If it works I need to make a change so it's persistent on
reboot.  I'll test that on the oddball server and then push
the change to the Amos and Andy.  They shouldn't need to change.

    I don't know how long it will take before I see any effect
but now that I know the magic word searching google for:
        acpi_pm tsc clocksource 2.6.18
turns up a lot of hits.
