[evla-sw-discuss] Amos and Andy upgrade

The upgrade went well except for one unexpected consequence.

All the Linux boxes at the site mount /usr/local from Andy
and are getting stale NFS file handle errors.  Typically that
only occurs if you changed the IP or MAC addr of the server.

All we changed was the OS.

In any event all of them need to reboot.

I'm going to begin rebooting all the mchost,mcmonitor, lando
type machines.

We'll send a follow up email once we think they're all back
up.  Shouldn't be too long.
