It's up now.

I did some more checking ... it went down at 8:55 (before
I looked at 9) and it's up now ... it mysteriously came up
when I first started trying to figure out what it was and now.

I never bothered to check it again since all the replies
I'd received were of the 'we don't know' variety.

So never mind.
