Recent changes have created 2 new problems.
1) Last week we installed jdk1.6.0_13, on monday the old
version of jdk1.6.0_11 was removed. This caused
model2script to fail.
We need to 2 things
1a) change model2script to use /usr/local/java/java6/ this will
work on both 32bit RHEL4/5 and 64bit RHEL5.
1b) We've built a list of who/what uses java. We'll send requests
for input more widely. David wasn't informed we were upgrading it.
2) Firefox 3.0.7+ doesn't deal well with packages that use older
deprecated upload calls. This causes some packages like parminator
to fail. When we upgraded eva/evan yesterday it broke the operators
ability to upload files within parminator. We knew parminator
didn't work with the new Firefox .. we didn't know it needed to run
on eva/evan.
Parminator needs to be fixed (if possible) to deal with firefox-3.0.x

ps: We need to re-address the dependencies page started here:

It stagnated about a year ago. In a few weeks I hope to tackle it
again. We really need an accurate and complete list of packages, for
instance parminator and model2script aren't listed.
